Qingdao daily fashion garment  Co., Ltd. was established in 2008, specializing in the design, production and sales of mid-to-high-end women's wear, children's wear and outdoor fashion clothing. Currently, its main markets are Germany, Australia and other countries.

The company now has over 120 employees, with a total construction area of more than 3,000 square meters. It is equipped with over 150 sets of sewing and related auxiliary equipment, and its monthly production capacity can reach over 40,000 pieces.

We open more than 300 new products for our clients every year. From fabrics to accessories, and to printing and embroidery, etc., we keep up with the global fashion trends.

Equal Employment Opportunity/Non-discrimination
Per China Labor Law Art. 12 & 13 and BSCI rules, no discrimination on ethnicity, gender, age, pregnancy, religion or disability during recruitment, salary, promotion & dismissal. Equal employment standards apply. A complaint channel is available for discrimination reports with standardized handling.
Policy on Forced Labour
No ID detention, deposit collection, movement restriction or involuntary unpaid overtime per national labor rules. All overtime requires staff's written consent with legal overtime pay.
Policy on Child Labour
Comply with China's Child Labor Ban Regulation. Hiring under-16 minors is fully forbidden. Juvenile workers aged 16-18 are exempt from toxic or heavy-duty jobs. ID verification & personnel files are mandatory; remedial measures apply once underage labor is spotted.
Policy on Hours of Labour
In line with Labor Law Art. 36 & 41: regular daily work shall not exceed 8 hours and weekly work shall not exceed 48 hours. Daily overtime is capped at 1 hour or 3 hours for emergencies, and total monthly overtime cannot go beyond 36 hours. Employees are entitled to at least one rest day per week, and all overtime is voluntary with extra pay calculated in accordance with legal standards.
Policy on Coercion and Harassment
Physical punishment, threat, sexual & mental harassment are strictly prohibited under BSCI requirements. An anonymous complaint box is available; all harassment cases get a timely investigation and disciplinary punishment against violative supervisors.
Policy on Compensation
In accordance with relevant national labor laws and BSCI requirements, employees shall bear corresponding compensation liabilities per law for direct economic losses caused by intentional acts or gross negligence. No compensation shall be charged for normal operational errors. The company shall compensate employees for damages if its illegal acts harm staff's legal rights, and any salary deductions shall be implemented following applicable legal provisions.

Based on internal equipment maintenance & MRSL/chemical management docs (DEX/EP-33,34). Complete PPE allocation, chemical MSDS filing, fire & equipment periodic inspection. Pre-job safety training and classified chemical storage guarantee occupational health.
Policy on Concern for the Environment
Follow national environmental laws & internal EP-04 procedure. Update the applicable environmental regulation list regularly. Classified chemical management, standardized waste disposal; prioritize MRSL-compliant raw materials and maintain routine environmental records.

Apr 27 to 30, 2026, Hong Kong Global Sources Sportswear Show concluded successfully with Qingdao Daily Fashion Garment on display.
The fair gathered over 10,000 global buyers across over 400 booths for fitness outdoor apparel sourcing.
Our premium women's knitwear won wide interest. Our team supplied custom design & fabric plans, introducing rigorous QC plus EU BSCI and GRS certifications.
We consolidated cooperation with regular clients and signed multiple intended deals with newly met partners. Moving ahead, we will keep improving products and services, delivering stylish and comfy knitwear for global clients and exploring more win-win partnerships.

Factory OEM/ODM Capabilities
We support full OEM & ODM service for mid-to-high knit apparel. Our ODM team independently develops new fabrics like Modal Scuba, designing styles from fabric formulation to pattern. For OEM, we produce strictly based on clients' samples & specs, supporting small-batch trial & mass production, with a flexible, quick-reaction order system, and long-term supplier for European brands, including OTTO.
